Hi! Welcome to Beyond Wellness LLC. My name is Ali Greenfield and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and yoga teacher. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I hold strongly in my belief that our relationships have and continue to impact who we are. Our relationships with the various systems in our life; work, school, home, the community– are all integral parts of who we are and how we feel. As a systemic therapist, I view everything from a wider lens: the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Similarly, I believe that our relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship that we encounter in our lives and ought to be treated as so.
I have been working as a clinician in the field for five+ years. My experience includes working in several residential treatment centers for young adults and teenagers with mental health challenges, working in the private practice environment, and working in an agency. I have run several groups including recovery groups, yoga/mindfulness groups, teen groups, and am trained in Mental Health First Aid. My areas of expertise including young adults, substance abuse, grief counseling, and mindfulness.
My practice is a compilation of all of the things that I love: therapy, mindfulness, and healing. The goal and mission of Beyond Wellness is to help people strive for a deeper sense of wellness and healing through therapy infused with holistic practices. Beyond Wellness is designed to promote health and wellness through the integration of body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in yoga, therapy, and retreats. Through mindfulness, breathing, yoga, and therapy, the body and mind are limitless.
